The firm advises its valued clients of Practice Directions issued by the Chief Justice of Zimbabwe. Courts remain closed for filing of court papers and attending hearings until the 24^th August 2021 to the exception of urgent matters, initial remands for criminal cases and bail applications. Court matters originally set down or postponed to dates falling within the lock down period have been postponed to future dates as stated in the Practice Directions.
